APB BIG BRAKE KIT

CALIPERS

APB forged calipers feature double seals, including oil and dust seals, to protect your pistons from damage or leaking while off-roading. Our multi-piston calipers provide a stronger clamping force when braking. Our in-house designed calipers are available with 4 or 6 pistons, and each caliper has the largest piston diameter possible for maximum clamping force. With firm pedal feel and precise brake feedback, our calipers provide drivers with the safety and confidence they need.

BRAKE PADS

We believe in providing the largest contact area possible for our pads and rotors. On average, our contact areas are 10-30% larger than factory setups, resulting in increased stopping power. Our kit comes with the largest off-the-shelf pads available, making pad replacement easy when needed. Our 4-pot pads are equivalent to those on the Ferrari F50, while our 6-pot pads match those on the Porsche Cayenne GTS.

ROTORS

2-piece slotted rotors feature a Geomet coating for rust-free protection and a vented design for optimal heat dissipation.

MOUNTING BRACKETS

Mounting brackets are made of steel and designed to withstand heavy-duty use, including heavy payloads and towing. They are built to handle high braking pressure with ease.

• Make sure to bleed the brakes properly to get the most out of your braking system. You'll notice a huge improvement in brake pedal response once the brakes have been bled.
  
• For the best braking performance, it's important to "bed-in" the brakes properly. This process typically takes about two full tanks of gas.
